One of the most common running mistakes is running too fast too soon. Beginners often get excited about running and can’t spread out their energy evenly for the whole run. That can lead to getting tired quickly, losing motivation and not enjoying running as much.
Try to start your workouts from walking and slowly increasing your pace to slow running. Run slowly for some time and pay attention to how you feel. If everything goes well, you can increase your speed gradually. Try a simple voice test to understand your pace: if you can speak comfortably and say long phrases while running then your pace is ok. If you find it hard to speak and you are out of breath, then you need to slow down.
