One of the most common reasons why people don’t like running is because they can’t do it well. Many beginners start way too fast and try to work out harder than their bodies can handle comfortably. The key rule of running is to start gradually. You don’t have to push to your limits straight away, just try to start running slowly and make it feel enjoyable.

If you feel out of breath, then you probably are running way too fast. Slow down, catch your breath and feel how running becomes easier. If you haven’t run for a long time, start with walking and gradually build your way up to running.
