toxic, abusive traits, lacks empathy, emotional intelligence or lack thereof, tone-deaf, "read the room", impose his opinion, not interested in understanding, diminishes people's efforts, lip-service compliments feel empty of substance.

pattern of behavious:  tries to ack cool and friendly, then in a group meeting becomes harsh and imposes his views in a public setting. 

Why did he not use his time with me to address the concerns in person instead of wasting time trying to be funny when he's not?  Why dump me under the bus in meetings.  Making comparisons or saying that EUSD is the better option.

He's more familiar with EUSD.

- I refuse to laugh at his jokes as they are not funny and are covering for his inability to lead and inspire.
Detracts from the work and the need to get people working together in a healthy dynamic.

instead of providing guidance, tries to couch his demands in the middle of a series of jokes and constant play on words that have the effect of distracting from his message while preventing constructive dialogue to ensue.
