Our advice is to buy clothes based on comfort, but also choose clothes that make you feel attractive and motivated to go outside and work out. There are so many excuses not to exercise. Let your workout clothes inspire you and motivate you to get out there and show the world what you’ve got!
Check the weather forecast before leaving the house, to make sure that you are properly dressed for any weather conditions. We tend to warm up quickly once we start to work out, so it’s a good idea to dress in layers on cool days.
