I have dual US-Cdn citizenship… Drove back into Canada at the Bluewater Bridge in Sarnia when asked about vaccination status: Stated I do not consent to sharing personal health information, then when asked about arrive can app, I stated no I don't have it on my phone and I don't consent to it or any tracking devices (lol). I was sent with a yellow slip to the next station where to border patrol asked all the same questions and I kept saying the same thing… I am a Canadian citizen and all I need to enter the country per the bill of rights and the front page of my passport… Is my passport then I said I do not share my personal health information and I do not consent to the app. They said everyone had to use the app and it was a mandate and I said a mandate isn't a law and I am a Canadian citizen. Then they said are you even going to quarantine and I said sure, they said where? And I said I don't need to give them an address. I am a Canadian citizen.... all I need is my passport. It went on. They went to search my car and said I had to leave my phone and passport in the car. I refused and said I was going to record because they are freaking me out and then they said it was ok don't record we just need to search your car and a lot nicer then so I took my passport and phone with me. Then a Health Canada rep came out with two border patrol agents spoke to him and he just shook his fist at me and glared at me and walked away. They gave me 2 PCR tests and I drove away. No ticket or anything else. Thank you Sasha and this group for giving me advise and important information to give me the courage to do this. It had been over 2 years since I saw my family. Thank you everyone for your information and support.
