When the light falls on an object, it’s partially absorbed and partially reflected, and we see this reflected light in the form of colors. They are, basically, a visible light of various wavelengths, from 390 to 750 nanometers. Seven main colors of the spectrum - yellow, orange, blue, indigo, violet, red and green - have different light energy, which is compatible with the energy of different body parts.

In fact, this energy is the healing color power, which underlies the color therapy. Different color vibrations help set up a certain state of mind, changing our moods and emotions. Thus, orange fills you with the energy and boosts your productivity, while blue helps you calm down and decreases anxiety.
