  2. Read about fitness training in fitness magazines or online. This is a great way to get new tips and stay motivated.
  3. If you’re a beginner, you need to train like a beginner – this will be the safest and best way to get results. Don’t make the mistake of following a training program for an intermediate or advanced level if you are a beginner.
  4. Don’t say, “I’ll start tomorrow” or “the New Year”. You need to take action today.
  5. It doesn't matter how many pushups you can do in a minute if you're not doing a single one correctly. Don’t forget to follow voice instructions of our coach during the workout.
  6. The most important tip is good form is far more important than lifting heavy weights!
