Unfortunately,   I have been facing a creative crisis with the podcast.  I felt it has stagnated and not grown.   I want to give our subscribers a complete experience.   Therefore, I have decided to relaunch the podcast to include deep dives on certain topics instead of merely interviews with guests.  I will also do some video essays.    I am hoping that this will keep the podcast fresh, interesting and help us grow.
