Louis Duchesne has 19 years of marketing communications experience, specifically in the digital space.

After working for a number of interactive agencies, in 2007 he joined Fjord Interactive Marketing + Technology (Cossette’s digital business unit) as general manager. In 2012, he was promoted to Vice-President of Cossette’s Québec City office. His mandate was later expanded to include all of Québec and the Atlantic provinces, which entailed managing the Montréal, Québec City and Halifax offices as Cossette’s Executive Vice-President and General Manager. In 2019, he was named President, Quebec and East, at Cossette.

In his current role, Louis oversees the various teams of experts at the agency, leads business development and ensures clients receive top-notch service. With a passion for communications and a deep concern for our clients’ success, he often lends a hand to projects—especially when it comes to strategic planning for marketing campaigns and the development of digital tactics. His clients include SAQ, Loto-Québec, General Motors Canada, La Maison Simons, Énergir, McDonald’s Restaurants of Canada, Destination Canada and the Office du tourisme de Québec.

Louis is a member of the Board of Fondation Montréal inc., Chair of the Board of A2C, and former Chair of the Boards of Festival d’été de Québec and 3E.
