Now you've totally surprised me again!

Was this the Trudel family's first house in France, plus the chapel and their own cemetery? How old is it, 17th century? Trudel le, why another le at the end?
The house is so my style, I love these old cozy houses made of stone. And I see that someone still lives in it. Dennis is a relative of yours? Is that the one with the blue T-shirt? And he lives in France? Who were the two visitors, they were from Canada, weren't they?
Of course, I'm even more curious now.
I think it's absolutely great that you're researching and maintaining your history, but your family origins are also something special that you have to maintain and pass on.

Denis is a Québécois, so therefore, a canadian.

He documented his trip to the house where the first Trudel, Jean Trudel came from.

There is a Trudel association and the reason for the two spellings Trudel and Trudelle is that throughout time, some people started using the Trudelle spelling, but they are still of the same root.

Yes, I find it really difficult to identify you. You're French, but then again you're not all French. You've also adopted the North American culture. But you in particular are absolutely not a typical North American/Canadian to me. And yet, the fact that you communicate a lot in English doesn't make you a true Frenchman. It's specifically about an Arab village called Tantura that the immigrants razed to the ground while killing Arab men in cold blood and displacing women, children and the elderly. A witness who told the truth about the events was bullied and intimidated into silence.

But I heard this morning that a man from Syria or Saudi Arabia drove into a Christmas market in Magdeburg and a lot of people died.
This comes in handy right now, when our eyes are focussed on the carnage in Gaza and the Middle East and our anger is directed at America and Israel

I know that it has become very difficult for you and for us to get an appointment with the doctor. I am trying to get an eye doctor for my mum. I have to call in February to possibly get an appointment for March.
I also don't know how it will go when I seriously need a doctor.
But our hospitals are still quite good, I think it would be the same as in China.
As a local, you wouldn't have to pay for treatment for the broken arm, of course

Well, what always strikes me about these talk shows is the stilted behaviour of the talk masters, like this Jon, who I don't know. He comes across as so inauthentic that it hurts to listen to him. It seems like he's dealing with a retarded audience, unless the applause and hysterical screaming from the audience was fake.
Regardless of the content, Carney has charm and comes across as calm and likeable.
I think he can win over a lot of uninformed people in Canada to vote for him.
If I didn't know (although I don't know that much about him either, I read an article by Matt about him once), I would prefer him to the other two Trudeau and Poliv. I say that as an outside observer.
