It can feel uneasy. But I also think we’re lucky to have her involved and doing what she’s doing.

The Chinese trust her.

But she’s not perfect.

She got it partly wrong on covid in my book. But then I think of the fact she’s a product of the baby Boomer generation.

You never know.

Imagine if I had stayed in Ottawa and never gone to my first LaRouche meeting in Montreal, before Matt.
So, a decision I made in the summer of 2005, made me move to Montréal for a few months as a random acquaintance friend of mine had her apartment for rent for 3 months while she traveled back to Morocco.

This allowed me to be in Montreal in September or October when I got a callback from a lady from the Committee for the Republic of Canada aka the LaRouche Movement in Canada.

After a year with them, I think it was, I was calling Matt a few times to get him to come to one of our classes.

And he turned out really prolific and influential.

Matt and I both have, eventually, left the "movement" or at least the CRC, but we kept the commitment to the ideas, I think.

Matt's global influence managed to reach a curious but unsuspecting young woman in Germany and she attended RTF.

And here we are, being sweet and sharing news about genocide and the most important political players of the world, trying to steer the masses away from a third WW.

Ain't life grand?

If you google it you will see it’s a cultural North American phenomenon… a game called 6° of separation from Kevin Bacon so what you do is you say the name of an actor in the movie and then you think of another movie in which another actor plays with Kevin Bacon and usually you can get it make a relation less than 6° or that’s the that’s the game. I got to know Matt via Facebook after watching one of his teaching pieces. I was so impressed by his knowledge that I decided to write to him without expecting him to reply, which he did. So we started communicating until one day I was watching RTF. There I saw Scotty and of course you. Scotty was always eating while he was watching, he could never sit still. And I saw you two or three times, I think. You can play around with the camera split while zooming. You can set it so that you can see everyone or so that the people involved appear one below the other. My camera was always next to Matt and most of the time I saw Gerald. Not you. I was curious where you were but didn't want to play around to change the image. I didn't want to appear nosy because it was about the training and not the audience.
Because I didn't know whether people would notice if I played around with the camera.

Exercises that one can do anywhere, at any time...

That are based on lifting your own body weight. and repeating over and over for toning...

breaking up the exercises in two sets with only short breaks in between...

good to get the gymnastic body. Not necessarily for the muscle macho man...

I believe this very much, and I have said before, most people make the mistake thinking that doing cardio exercise is good to lose weight...

The truth is it's mostly a waste of time for that purpose.

It's good to build cardio but not to burn fat.

Better to get a trainer to learn how to lift weights properly or to do calesthenics and stretching exercises to increase mobility.

I do this anyway. I start with 20 min. Cardio and after that I do roughly an hour weightlifting and sit ups. I had a trainer who gave me the exercise. And I lost weight.

the idea is that these cardio exercises are stressful exercises.

The other approach gets you to tell the muscle to build itself stronger. And the body will do two things.

The body will consume more energy to build new muscle.

The building of the muscle will define a new and more pleasing shape all around. Calesthenics exercise are not like the stupid guys only focussing on one muscle. they make the whole body stronger and healthier looking.

So the idea is that the muscle is challenged beyond what it is used to handle and then, the muscle tells the body to rebuild itself stronger than before.

This increases your metabolism and the body uses up it's store of energy in the fats when it runs out of carbs.

that being said, what you eat is really important.

The body is has a complex system and order of priority about which energy it will consume first.

One would hope that the body automatically starts to consume the fat for energy but it doesn't necessarily work this way.

If you do too much cardio, and you haven't eaten enough, the body get it's energy by burning your existing muscle.

You don't want that.

That is very bad.

Super interesting. I will try to act accordingly. But the 20 minutes of running at the beginning is still good, isn't it? And I'm also really careful about what I eat. Hardly any sweets, white flour, fat, just the classics. I realise that this is a complex issue. What I don't want is to get overly muscular like a bloke. I don't want to look like some other women who have enormous thighs, I don't like that at all.

I haven't done a lot of research into proper nutrition or body health and fitness, but I'm not wrong in general. I know my body quite well. So I also notice how the shape changes positively and everything becomes firmer. I'm also never weak when I'm training or afterwards. That would mean that I'm doing something wrong with my food. I also don't have any pain during or after training, at most a little muscle soreness. The trainer said that I always have to find a stimulus for my muscles. So if the weights are too light and I hardly exert myself, they have to get heavier.

What can I say about Brian's 40 minutes of advice? That's how I already do it anyway. Regular bedtimes in a dark room, hardly any food in the evening, hardly any alcohol and virtually no smoking. Then there's exercise and no sweets. But that's nothing new either.

Everyone knows that the Moscow Patriarchate is in bed with the Kremlin. Few realize that the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople is deeply beholden to the United States government.

"I have three Bishops, three hundred priests, and a large and far-flung organization," Athenagoras wrote. "Every one under my order is under yours. You may command them for any service you require. There will be no questions asked and your directions will be executed faithfully."

I often criticise the Roman Patriarchate and the Bishop of Rome here, but I never spoke about this on the channel, but DAMN have I discussed it in private extensively.
