Everything you need to know about the usage rights is in the End User License Agreement that is included in this zip-file. Most important bits in plain English:
* Yes! You can use Mobilo Animated in commercial projects. It would be nice if you could mention Animography in the credits of your work.
* No! It is not allowed to redistribute Mobilo Animated (or a derivative version of it) anywhere else on the internets.
