(it should converge in a few days)\n\n2) **Midjourney V7 image generation is now ~40% faster! **\n- Fast mode jobs render-time are reduced from 36 to 22 seconds\n- Turbo job render-time are reduced from 13 seconds to 9\n\nThis is part of our \u2018final optimization\u2019 pass before making V7 default for the whole community and are necessary to prevent us from running out of GPUs. \n\nAs always, if you want to make your model \u2018take more time\u2019 try \u2013q 2 and \u2013q 4 (more updates will be coming in the future to these settings.\n\nNote: Omni-reference jobs remain the same. Drop it into the bin that says 'omni-reference'. There's a slider icon to control strength. \n-** On discord:** Type ``--oref url`` where url goes to an image url and use ``--ow`` to controls strength.\n\n**About Omni-Reference Weighing**\n- There's a \u2018omni-weight\u2019 parameter called ``\u2013-ow`` (with a slider on the web ui) that controls how strictly it adheres to your image reference. This parameter goes from 0 to 100 to 1000 (100 is default)\n- If you want to change the style of the image (such as photo to anime) you should lower the weight (ie: ``-\u2013ow 25``) \n- If you want to make a characters face is extremely visible (or that their clothes are preserved) you should try something higher like ``\u2013-ow 400``\n- Both ``-\u2013stylize`` and ``-\u2013exp``  also compete for influence over the image with omni-reference so if you have a high stylize or exp value you probably want touse a higher corresponding omni-weight value ``a person \u2013stylize 1000 \u2013-ow 1000 --exp 100 \u2013-oref person.png``. \n- **Please note:** If you aren't using extremely high stylize and exp you should probably never want go over 'moderate' values of ow like ``--ow 400`` or things may actually be worse\n\n**More about using Omni-reference**\n- **Omni-reference works with personalization, stylization, style references, and moodboards**\n- If you want a character to hold a sword in an image please make sure you say that in your prompt ``a character holding a sword \u2013-oref sword.png``\n- If you want to style transfer a character and have a low omni-weight please make sure to over-specify the parts of your character you want to preserve ``a anime woman with blonde hair and red suspenders --oref url \u2013-ow 25``\n- It\u2019s somewhat untested but if you have two characters (or object/character/etc) in your omni-reference image (either in the same image or just in two images side by side) and you refer to them both in your prompt can often get those two characters in your resulting image too\n- Omni Reference doesn't work in draft mode rn sorry! \n\n**We know this is all a bit experimental.** Honestly, there\u2019s SO MANY ways to use this feature. It\u2019s hard for us to know what works well, what doesn\u2019t work well, and what people want to use or improve most. \n\n**We need your help to test this!** And your feedback to know what you want us to improve. Please give us your thoughts in <#989270517401911316> and please show off what you\u2019re doing along with the original reference images in <#1367583404249583747> .\n\nThere is somewhat stricter moderation on oref. You must unlock your personalization to use it. This takes ~5 minutes. You can toggle it on/off at any time. We think personalization raises the bar for how well we can interpret what you want and what you find beautiful.\n\nOur next flagship feature is **\u201cDraft Mode\u201d**. Draft mode is half the cost and renders images at 10 times the speed. It\u2019s so fast that we change the prompt bar to a \u2018conversational mode\u2019 when you\u2019re using it on web. Tell it to swap out a cat with an owl or make it night time and it will automatically manipulate the prompt and start a new job. Click \u2018draft mode\u2019 then the microphone button to enable \u2018voice mode\u2019 - where you can think out loud and let the images flow beneath you like liquid dreams.\n\nIf you want to run a draft job explicitly you may also use ``--draft`` after your prompt. This can be fun for permutations or `--repeat` and more.\n\nWe think** Draft mode is the best way ever to iterate on ideas**. If you like something click \u2018enhance\u2019 or \u2018vary\u2019 on the image and it will re-render it at full quality. Please note: Draft images are lower quality than standard mode - but the behavior and aesthetics are very consistent - so it\u2019s a faithful way to iterate.\n\n**V7 launches in two modes:** Turbo and Relax. Our standard speed mode needs more time to optimize and we hope to ship it soon. Remember: turbo jobs cost 2x more than a normal V6 job and draft jobs half as much. \n\n**Other features:** Upscaling and inpainting and retexture will currently fall back to V6 models. We will update them in the future. Moodboards and SREF work and the performance will improve with subsequent updates.\n\n**Roadmap:** Expect new features every week or two for the next 60 days. The editor is compatible with model personalization, style references, character references, and image prompting.\n\nAlong with these features, we\u2019re testing a more nuanced and intelligent V2 AI moderator. This moderator holistically examines your prompts, images, painting masks, and output images. restrict the deployment of them to a subset of the current community and increase our human moderation over the outputs (there's also new more advanced AI moderators which we feel will do a great
